Cycling with a large group presents unique considerations compared to smaller tours, especially when it comes to accommodation, support, and meal stops. Here’s how we make it all come together:

Accommodation
For larger groups, it may not always be possible to secure smaller boutique hotels. Depending on availability, group size, and room configurations, we might arrange larger accommodations, such as hotels that offer single, double, twin, triple, and family rooms. Our goal is to find the best place that fits the group’s needs and enhances your stay.

Support Van
For groups, particularly road cyclists, having a private service van can be a valuable addition. Whether it’s for carrying extra gear, offering rest stops, or providing assistance along the route, we can arrange a support van to accompany your group. This ensures that everyone has the flexibility and support they need throughout the ride.

Lunch Stops
When the support van is part of the tour, the driver can set up a picnic or lunch stop along the route. Alternatively, we can also organize a lunch at a local restaurant, giving your group the opportunity to relax and enjoy a meal together in scenic surroundings.

Route Options
Cycling with a group of recreational cyclists who have varying speeds and levels of experience? No problem! We can create two route options—one longer and one shorter—each with its own GPS route. This way, every rider can choose the distance they want to cycle each day, ensuring everyone feels comfortable while still being part of the group.

Guides
While many of our tours are guided individually via GPS, larger groups may benefit from having a dedicated guide. The cost of the guide is shared among all participants, making it a cost-effective option. The price will vary depending on the area of the tour, accommodation needs, meals, and any travel allowances for the guide.
