A Wonderful Trip Highly Recommend

We rode a customized tour for a group of 12 starting in Haarlem and ending in Rotterdam over a period of 5 days. The entire experience of working with Emiel was so easy and fun because he and his team are very responsive, personal, and committed to “getting it right.” They cheerfully answered so many questions! I was impressed by the willingness to provide 2 routes each day so riders could choose to bike more or less based on individual needs preferences, and fitness. We chose 3-star accommodations which meant we had nice rooms (some of them were quite extraordinary) and delicious, filling breakfasts. About 3 weeks before we arrived I asked about riding through The Hague the day we were nearby and that late request was accommodated on such short notice. The HBT team worked seamlessly with all the couples to get the right equipment and accommodations and settle payments. I really liked the details that were included in our route plan. Either our route took us past some of the must-see features along the ride or in a town or we were given a list of the must-sees so we had some good ideas of where to tour when we were not riding. The tour package we received was very well organized and easy to follow. The GPS devices worked very well. We were given plenty of training time and every question was answered before we set out. This was such a terrific experience I am hoping to do it again and I will certainly make the arrangements through Holland Bike Tours.
